Product Description
This cable assembly integrates SATA data and power into one compact
harness. The drive end features a combined 7+15-pin SATA connector,
while the opposite side offers a standard SATA 7-pin host plug for
data and a small micro power connector for the PSU or PCB header.
Shielded SATA cable ensures stable high-speed signal transmission
up to 6 Gb/s, and thick copper power wires guarantee reliable 5 V
and 12 V delivery to the drive. The slim, flexible structure helps
reduce clutter in tight chassis and improves airflow around HDDs
and SSDs. Custom connector options and cable lengths can be
provided to match different server, industrial PC, or storage
layouts.

Applications
Internal wiring for servers, NAS enclosures, RAID subsystems, and
DVR/NVR storage units.
Desktop or industrial PCs where the motherboard or PSU uses a small
power header instead of a full SATA power cable.
OEM storage modules and backplanes that require a pre-terminated
SATA data and power harness for fast assembly.
Custom embedded systems or instruments using 2.5"/3.5" SATA HDDs
and SSDs as removable or fixed storage.
Precautions
Confirm the pin assignment on the micro power connector and PCB
header before installation to avoid reverse polarity.
Ensure the total current drawn by the drive is within the rating of
the PSU rail and cable gauge.
Do not sharply bend or crush the red SATA data cable, especially
near the connector overmolds.
Keep SATA data lines away from high-noise power or motor cables to
maintain good signal integrity.
Verify all connectors are fully seated and latched; periodically
inspect for loose contacts or insulation damage in high-vibration
or high-temperature environments.
