    This Micro-Fit 3.0 side-entry header is a 3.00 mm pitch, 2×3 pin PCB connector designed for compact power and signal distribution. The right-angle through-hole construction allows the mating plug to engage horizontally with the board, maximizing vertical space inside power modules and control units.

    The housing utilizes black glass-filled LCP with UL94-V0 flammability, delivering excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability during wave or selective soldering. Copper-alloy contacts with 50–100 µ" tin plating provide stable solder joints, low contact resistance and good resistance to oxidation in harsh environments.

    With contact resistance ≤20 mΩ, insulation resistance ≥1,000 MΩ and 1500 VAC dielectric strength, this connector is suitable for both low-voltage power rails and mixed signal lines. A minimum 1.5 kgf pin retention force after reflow or wave soldering ensures secure mechanical anchoring to the PCB, reducing the risk of failure under vibration or shock.
