Product Description
This DC power plug-to-plug cable uses double-ended barrel power connector assemblies to deliver stable low-voltage power between adapters,
driver boards and terminal equipment. The male barrel connectors
provide secure mating with standard DC female jacks on power
supplies, LED controllers and embedded electronics.
Stranded copper wire cable and a flexible PVC jacket ensure reliable current transmission and
excellent bending performance, even in compact housings or tight
wiring paths. Precision-machined terminals and plated contact
surfaces reduce contact resistance and minimize heat generation,
improving the efficiency and service life of your electrical
system.
Length, connector size and wire gauge can be tailored for OEM
projects in automotive electronics, server peripherals, CCTV and industrial
control, supporting small-batch customization and large-volume production.

Applications
Power link between AC/DC adapters and LED light bars, CCTV cameras, routers or mini PCs
Internal DC distribution inside industrial control cabinets, test instruments and medical devices
Low-voltage automotive power distribution for dash cameras, navigation units and in-vehicle
peripherals
Bench test leads for R&D labs, development boards and small
electronic modules where quick plug-in power transmission is required
Precautions
Check connector diameter and polarity (center positive/negative)
before use to avoid damage to connected devices.
Do not exceed the specified current rating; select thicker wire or shorter length for higher power loads.
Avoid sharp bends near the terminals; use proper strain relief to maintain long-term reliability.
Keep connectors clean and dry; contaminated or oxidized contacts
may increase resistance and cause overheating.
When routing in automotive or server environments, keep the cable
away from hot surfaces, moving parts and strong electromagnetic
interference sources.
