Product Description
This braided SATA 7Pin data connector cable is designed for clean, durable and low-noise signal transmission in high-performance systems. Both ends use compact right-angle
SATA male connectors with secure metal latches, helping reduce stress on drive terminals and saving space behind HDD or SSD bays. Inside the cable,
impedance-controlled copper pairs and full shielding keep jitter
and crosstalk low for stable 6 Gb/s Serial ATA data rates.
The entire wire cable is wrapped in a black PET braided sleeve that resists abrasion and
improves airflow, ideal for gaming builds, workstations and rack server environments where professional cable routing is required. The
assembly can be tailored for OEM projects with different lengths,
colors, and integration into combined data-and-power harnesses,
matching various electronic chassis, PCB layouts and customized storage modules.

Applications
Internal SATA connections between motherboard / RAID card and
2.5"/3.5" HDD or SSD in gaming PCs and modded cases
High-density storage wiring in NAS units, rack-mount servers and
JBOD enclosures where tidy cable management is important
DVR / NVR and industrial data recorders requiring robust, shielded
SATA connector cables
Embedded systems and compact industrial computers that need
flexible, abrasion-resistant SATA wiring with right-angle ends
Custom backplanes and PCB assemblies for storage modules and test fixtures using Serial ATA
interfaces
Precautions
Ensure correct orientation of the SATA connectors before insertion; do not force the plug to avoid bending the pins.
Maintain a suitable bending radius, especially near the over-molded
ends, to preserve characteristic impedance and long-term
reliability of high-speed transmission.
Route the cable away from sharp edges and high-current power lines to reduce mechanical wear and electromagnetic interference.
Secure the braided cable with clips or ties in high-vibration
environments so that strain is not transferred to the drive terminals or board sockets.
Variants with different sleeve colors, multi-lane assemblies or
additional power branches can be supplied for batch orders and
customized harness solutions.
