Product Description
This assembly is a compact SATA power and signal connector harness that links a standard 22Pin SATA interface to a micro /
slim SATA device. The flat ribbon cable combines high-speed 7Pin data lines and multi-core power wires, providing a tidy solution for tight storage bays and embedded electronic equipment.
Oxygen-free copper conductors and precision-formed terminals ensure low-loss transmission and stable supply of 5 V and 12 V to 2.5" SSDs, HDDs or optical
drives. The low-profile black housing with mounting ears helps fix
the device securely to the chassis or PCB frame, reducing stress on the pins in vibrating server or industrial environments. The structure supports further customization of cable length, connector gender (male / female), and additional
branches for multi-drive power distribution.

Applications
Connecting 2.5" SSD / HDD or slim optical drives to controller
boards or backplanes
Space-saving storage cabling inside 1U/2U servers, NAS appliances
and DVR / NVR recorders
Embedded systems, kiosks and industrial PCs where micro SATA
devices share a main 22Pin connector
Custom storage modules and test fixtures requiring flat, flexible wire cable routing rather than rigid PCBs
Precautions
Verify the pin definition on both SATA and micro SATA connectors before installation; incorrect mapping of power and signal pins can damage the drive or controller.
Do not exceed the rated current of individual power wires; consider heavier gauge when multiple high-load devices are
powered in parallel.
Avoid sharp bending or twisting near the molded housings to protect
the internal conductors and maintain stable data transmission.
Keep the harness away from hot components and sharp metal edges,
and secure it with clips or cable ties to provide strain relief.
Variants with shielded data pairs, different pitch headers, multiple outlets or automotive-grade materials can be
produced to match project-specific requirements.
