Product Description
This 2.0 mm dual-row 20-pin IDC female connector is designed for
reliable electrical connection between PCB and wire harness in
compact electronic equipment. The connector uses precision stamped
terminals with gold-plated contact areas to ensure low contact
resistance and stable signal transmission for both power and signal
lines.
The blue UL94V-0 thermoplastic housing provides high mechanical
strength and heat resistance for automated soldering processes.
Through-hole solder tails offer robust retention on the PCB, making
it suitable for vibration-prone applications such as automotive
control units or industrial controllers. With 20 contacts on a fine
2.00 mm pitch, the connector achieves high-density routing while
maintaining adequate creepage and clearance distances.
This connector mates with matching IDC or crimp wire harness
assemblies, supporting mixed power and signal transmission in one
compact interface. OEM/ODM customization is available for
pitch-compatible layouts, plating thickness, keying options, and
special locking features to fit your specific board and cable
design.
